Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is the decision-making body of the consortium. Steering Committee refers to the strategic decision-making body composed of one key representative from each partner forming the consortium. It will set the overall project direction, monitor progress, and make strategic decisions. Each institution has one vote in the Steering Committee.

Project Management Team

Supporting the Steering Committee is Project Management Team (PMT), structured within seven Work packages (WPs). The PMT is handling management of the project, ensuring coordination among partners and that project milestones are met. For efficient operations, the PMT is using MS Teams for task management, scheduling the meetings, and communication.
